What Would I do If I Had To Loose Weight?
I personally don’t think I’m overweight but have recently gone on a cleanse schedule with a friend to learn different protocols and I have lost 6.5 lbs in the last 3 days. So What did I loose? Water, protein, fat? Toxins? Inflammation?
Probably a little of all the above.

So what would I do to prevent this?

Don’t listen to your dietican for diet advice, they are so stuck in the Food Guid Pyramid schdule and whatever the government tells them and it’s bad advice. Higher fat diets are essential. Saturated fats are actually good for you. Butter is great. Wheat and grains are bad. Sugar is bad. Red meat is good for you. Fruit is good for you. Veggies are even better for you. etc…
