Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) has now become a very well known problem people suffer from. There are 3 reasons for this.
1) Toxicity
2) Poor Diet
3) Lack of proper exercise
Toxicity comes from many different sources such as heavy metals, biotoxins (like mold in old homes), and all the additives and sugar products in our foods. So poor diet can be wrapped into this topic as well.
When a our body becomes toxic, the outer membrane of our cells become inflamed. This inflammation makes it very hard to get good materials into the cell to function efficiently, but it also can’t get the bad waste materials out of the cell. This inflammation also disrupts hormones from functioning properly and then the whole long list of symptoms begins.
When the cell becomes inflamed, you can’t produce ATP, which is cellular energy. Without this production of energy our bodies must begin to work harder, which involves spending more energy to do little tasks. And this cycle feeds upon itself and begins to get worse and worse.
Our current SAD diet (Standard American Diet) is very enzyme deficient in our food supply. Food companies can now engineer even fruits and vegetables to have less enzymes in them for longer shelf life. That makes it very hard to digest our food today and puts a huge burden on our digestive organs to digest this food. That is why you are very tired after you eat!
Exercise properly means exercising properly. Just do it sometime during your busy schedule and you will see results faster than if you don’t. Exercise get blood pumping, the cardiovascular system stronger, and the muscular system more fit. Mental clarity is a common benefit from exercise as well as less mental stress.
