How to Get Weight Loss

Once you take out all sugars your body is forced to burn fat for energy.  You will have some unbelievable cravings but you must push through them (I have other other blog posts on this).  A typical person will see a relief from cravings from a few days to up to 2 weeks.  This is a crucial time to really focus on taking out all sugars and getting the best results the quickest.

Exercise

The newest for of exercise for weight loss and fat burning is to burst train.  I have other article on my blog on this so look for them.  Burst training is a high intense short period of exercise.  Running on a treadmill at 100% for up to a minute and then rest.  Perform that 4 times and your done.  Research shows how you will burn more fat for the 24-48 hours after exercise than you will if you stay on that same treadmill for up to an hour running!  Keep is simple, but high intense exercise for short periods of time will shock your system and target hormones faster than any other type.
